Inside Sales EngineerFlownamics® Inc., an industry leader in Automated Sampling Systems, is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer position in our Madison, WI office.The Inside Sales Engineer position is an entry-level position with potential for growth within the Flownamics® team. In this role, you will be a critical member contributing to the expansion of Flownamics' ® current user base. You will work with a highly experienced team, assisting users in both sales and support with our effective and differentiated value solutions in the automated sampling market segment.Responsibilities include:Qualify leads and develop sales opportunities through phone calls, emails and LinkedInFollow up with leads and/or forward to appropriate reps/distributorsPrepare thorough product and service quotesContribute to and support current territories by building and maintaining relationships with partners and repsFocus on acquiring new users while maintaining existing user baseDevelop technical proposals, detailed scope of work documents, and lead user discussionsAttend conference sales calls, pre-meetings, and proposal walk-throughs for potential projectsConsult with Product Management & Engineering to develop proposalsContribute to weekly team meetings to share market feedback and product specific findingsKeep up-to-date knowledge of the industry, partners, and competitorsPrepare forecast reports as requestedQualifications:Bachelor's or Associate's degree with 2 years of experience in both inside sales and direct phone sales supportBiotech and/or medical device industry experience strongly preferredTechnical knowledge of fermentation and/or cell culture preferredAbility to work independentlyResponsible, reliable and eager to learnAbility to be flexible with a positive attitude and an exceptional eye for detailAbility and willingness to consistently follow and manage detailed proceduresExcellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and time management skillsTo apply please submit your cover letter and resume to resume@flownamics.com
