Job Summary
Accufile is seeking legal research analysts to provide legal and business research, and support services to our law firm clients. There are several opportunities available for hybrid and remote work arrangements.
The Research Analyst supports the firm's attorneys and business professionals by conducting legal, business, and industry research using a wide range of digital databases and specialized resources. The Research Analyst also incorporates AI-powered research tools to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and increase efficiency.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
· Delivers timely, high quality legal and business research for attorneys across all practice areas using a wide range of digital and print resources, billing research time to client matters as appropriate
· Supports business professional departments—including Clients and Markets and New Business/Conflicts
· Monitors news, litigation activity, legislative and regulatory developments, and other subject specific areas; prepares and contributes to alerts, updates, newsletters, and internal communications
· Maintains expert knowledge of the library's digital platforms and demonstrates strong proficiency in search strategy, database functionality, and licensing guidelines
