Role Description This full-time Licensed Real Estate Agent role is a hybrid position based in Pittsburgh, PA, with a mix of in-office and work-from-home responsibilities. The agent will represent buyers, sellers, and tenants in residential and commercial real estate transactions, including property showings, listing presentations, and contract negotiations. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and nurturing leads, preparing and marketing listings, conducting market and property research, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and guiding clients through each step of the transaction. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, utilizing brokerage tools and MLS systems, and collaborating with the broker and team for training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development. Agents are expected to uphold high ethical standards, provide education-driven client support, and actively contribute to building strong community relationships.
Qualifications
- Active Real Estate License in Pennsylvania and a solid understanding of Real Estate and Real Property principles.
- Customer Service skills with a focus on client advocacy, clear communication, and relationship building.
- Sales experience in real estate or related fields, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and use digital tools and MLS platforms.
- Knowledge of the Pittsburgh and Southwestern Pennsylvania real estate markets is strongly preferred.
- Strong ethical standards, attention to detail, and commitment to compliance with state and local regulations.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and accountability programs offered by the brokerage.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support client schedules.
